Hey pugsy,
It seems to be in California near Long Beach and Naples at Marina Park.
"Head east across our 7 miles of beautiful sandy oceanfront and youll be in the Alamitos Bay and Naples area where youll find Marina Park, a.k.a. Mothers' Beach, and Marine Stadium.
Mothers' Beach is the only location to offer grass, a sandy beach with playground equipment, and a swimming area all in one place. In addition it has volleyball poles, although you need to supply the net and ball, and there are tables for your convenience. Park hours are from 8a.m. to sunset."

Hope that helps.
