US Beach from Canada?

Hi, we are a group of 19 yrs old canadians teens and we want to go on a beach vacation trip in the US. We are from Montreal. Where is the best beach tohave fun, wave and a good night life ??? Also, we don't want to go very far, so the beach must be in new york, new jersey or in massachussets (10 hours max from montreal, in car)

I would recommend the Jersey Shore. There are a lot of fun beaches to visit. Some you should consider are Atlantic City, Seaside Heights, and Long Branch
